His key skills and experience include:

* Regional Director responsibility for two Telecommunication Business's

* Over 15 years living and working overseas, mainly in the Middle East (Oman, Abu Dhabi and Dubai), Pakistan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta and Bangkok.

* 10 years experience within the UK structural fabrication and nuclear sector working within project management organisations.

 Mr. Gopalerkrishan Balakrishan - Deputy General Manager

Graduated with a Masters of Business Administration joined LeBLANC Communications (Malaysia) as a Project Manager subsequently promoted to senior Operations Manager and then to the current position of  Deputy General Manager.

He has started his career in 1990 as a Quantity Surveyor next Assistant Project Manager  with TYT Construction went on to Gayacom Sdn Bhd  as the Technical Director and then as the General Manager with Paneagle Construction Sdn Bhd company. 

MS. Lily Tan - Sales & Marketing Manager

Ms.Lily Tan holds the position of Sales & Marketing Manager since 2003. She possessed a Masters degree in Business Administration from University of Putra, Malaysia & Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons), Major in Finance from University of Kebangsaan, Malaysia. She has 7 yrs of rich experience in the field of Marketing. Prior to  LCM, she holds a Sales Manager position in Netel Technology Limited, Hong Kong and International Wholesale Executive with iTopia Sdn Bhd.

Mr Sugumaran A/L Kularajasingam - Business Development Manager(SEA)

Mr.Sugumaran A/L Kularajasingam a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronics and Computer from University Putra Malaysia, 1997 with a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from University Technology Malaysia in 1993.

He is a technical professional who is resourceful, result oriented with more than 13 years of experience in project management, planning implementing and maintaining telecommunication networks.
