George E. Patton, Group Chairman

George E. Patton is Group Chairman and CEO commenced his employment with LeBLANC & Royle in 1964 & carry his success to a higher level to CEO & Chairman in 1972. On July 26, 2002, George Patton acquired 100% of the LeBLANC International Tower businesses (LIS).

It has been Mr. George E. Patton’s ability to look ahead and see opportunities and to face new challenges that has enabled the LeBLANC Group to grow and diversify. His strategic development plans are ambitious, broad and well considered and focus on building success and developing new themes. He believes that the best way to predict the future is to create it, so the group is actively seeking opportunities, with the aim of building the LeBLANC Group’s regional and global footprint.


Executive Leaders:


Jonathan Perry, Managing Director
Mr. Jonathan has more than 33 years’ experience in the construction and communications industry at senior and top management levels. Jonathan has been with LeBLANC Group for 10 years with his initial appointment as General Manager in Egypt in September 2000. During his tenure he was responsible for developing the business units in Africa and the Middle East. He was appointed as Group Managing Director in 2005. Under Jonathan’s leadership, today LeBLANC is a premier infrastructure provider for the communications industry with diverse geographical presence.

Jonathan has formal qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Building and is a qualified Quantity Surveyor from the United Kingdom of Great Britain.


Shaden Perri , Chief Financial Officer

Mr Shaden is a multi-skilled, qualified accountant and IT professional. He has vast experience in accounting, finance, IT systems development and consulting. As a Chief Financial Officer for the LeBLANC Group, he has been leading various disciplines such as Investor Relations, Reporting, Marketing and Information Systems.

Shaden holds a degree in Business from Edith Cowan, Australia, is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.


Tudor Arsene , Chief Technical Officer

Mr Tudor started his career as a civil and structural engineer in 1994. He joined LeBLANC Group in 1997 and since then has been involved in various tower projects in Canada, USA, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Australia and many Middle East Countries. He specializes in design and fabrication of towers and other related works.

He is a member of Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, Canada, a full member of International Association for Shell and Spatial Structures – IASS – Working Group 4 – Masts and Towers and full member of American Society of Civil Engineers – Structural Engineering Institute.

Mr. Tudor holds a M.Sc. Civil/Structural Engineering from 1994, Technical University of Civil Engineering, Bucharest, Romania.
