The total production capacity of Al- Babtain for Steel Products is around 210,000 tons per annum, where;

Poles, High Masts & Monopoles        : 75,000 Tons per annum – Riyadh, KSA
                                                : 20,000 Tons per annum – Cairo, Egypt

Transmission & Telecom Towers      : 60,000 Tons per annum – Riyadh, KSA
                                                 : 35,000 Tons per annum – Cairo, Egypt

The total area for the entire production facilities in KSA & EGYPT) is 283,000 sq. meters; where;

KSA – Riyadh, Al Sulay Area            : 98,000 sq.meters

KSA – Riyadh, New Industrial Area   : 123,000 sq. meters

EGYPT – Cairo, 6th October City      : 62,000 sq. meters

GALVANIZING

ABL offers hot dip galvanizing service to steel products for a long corrosion free life, ensuring long service life and eliminating disruptive maintenance of the product. It has the standard with ASTM-A12 and BS EN ISO-1461 which maintaining the zinc coating thickness 0.086 mm respectively.

We have full service hot-dip galvanizing facilities in Saudi Arabia and Egypt to serve the Middle Eastern Region. It has since grown to become the largest galvanizing operation in the Middle East with a new plant in Saudi Arabia. There are five kettles in operation for a combined galvanizing capacity of 230,000 tons per year.
