Al Babtain LeBLANC Indonesia (ABLI) was incorporated in 2010, a special project vehicle managed by Al-Babtain LeBLANC Technologies FZCO (“ABLT”) & LeBLANC International PTE Ltd (LIS), a Singapore based company. ABLT, in turn, is a joint-venture company between Al-Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co. (a Saudi listed company) and LIS formed and incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) for the purpose of supply & construction of towers, after-sales service, operation, management and maintenance of BTS towers to be constructed in or at sites of mosques in Greater Jakarta and other parts of Indonesia.


ABLI is proud to be the most recent addition to the heritage that is LeBLANC Group of companies. Over 50 years of engineering design practice and fabrication enables LeBLANC to be recognized as the standard in the Telecom industry.
