Mr. Haysam Alken with a degree of BSc Civil Engineering from Damascus University, Faculty of Engineering joined Al-Babtain LeBLANC Group as General Manager of ABLEM in 2006, steered the company on a path of steady growth in core activities and in diversification, establishing the company with a reputation for quality and professionalism and was promoted to Director for Al Babtain Group of Companies in 2008.

A self independent and multi-talented person with more than 30 years of experience in the Construction and  Telecommunication industry since. 

Gordon McEwan- Deputy General Manager

Mr. Gordon McEwan member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Chartered Engineer with a degree of BSc from Civil Engineering, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

Over 30 years experience in positions of increasing responsibility on a number of large civil engineering and multi-discipline building projects  joined Al Babtain LeBlanc Emirates in 2007 as the Contracts Manager with the responsibility of managing  all commercial and contractual matters including budgetary planning, financial reporting, billing to the customer and invoicing from the subcontractors
