Tower Factory
 
The tower factory products layout is prepared to produce:
o Transmission Towers (11 KV to 500 KV)
o Telecommunication towers (self support, guyed mast and monopoles)
o Telescopic towers & pipe towers
o Roof top & steel structure
o The tower factory capacity is about 2800 ton per month
o The number of workers is 56 workers in tower factory
o The tower factory was started to produce in year 2001
o Actual production for the tower factory is 18,191 ton from year 2001 till now.
o The tower factory has production area of 4,238m²
Pole Factory
 
The pole factory product layout is prepared to produce:
o Lightings poles "conical, octagonal” with different diameters and heights
o Transmission poles high masts with different heights up to 60m (Multi segments):
o Antenna& monopole.
o The pole factory capacity is about 4000 pole per month.
o The number of workers is72 workers.
o The pole factory was started to produce in year 2000.
o The pole factory has production area of 5,138m.
Galvanization Facilities
 
Galvanization plant is one of the most state-of-the-art plants in Egypt and the Middle East which can secure the quality galvanized products of up to 30,000 ton per year.
o All galvanizing is in accordance with BS 729 and ASTM 123 standards.
o The galvanizing plant receives from the computer department the Galvanizing Batch List.
o The Batch List provides the galvanizing specification, number and size of pieces to determine the system of hanging and the galvanizing schedule and weight.
o The plant consists of 12 baths and dryer and contains one pot
o The galvanizing plant is designed to galvanize poles, towers and outside Customer products.
